Our at-home PT service helps you develop and maintain strength, fitness, mobility and resilience to enjoy an active and capable life for years to come.

Our at home PT service helps you achieve these goals without the hassle of travelling to the gym. All we need is a bit of space inside or out.

  • 60 minutes per session (inc set up, warm up & cool down)

  • Kit provided if required

  • Convenient scheduling around your lifestyle

  • Personalised workouts tailored to your goals

  • Motivation, accountability and guidance

  • £45 or £25pp for small group (2-3 people space dependent)

  • We currently work within a 12 mile radius of Chirnside which includes: Duns, Greenlaw, Coldstream, Cockburnspath, Eyemouth and Berwick-Upon-Tweed)

Points to note:

Please note that we are not pregnancy or post-partum specialists. We advise that you seek specialist advice whilst exercising during pregnancy, and ask that anyone returning postpartum has undergone a specific return to exercise postpartum/postnatal program.

Please note that you are undertaking the planned exercise at your own risk and that HL Podiatry & PT cannot be held responsible for any injury that may occur whilst performing these movements. It is in your best interest to notify your coach immediately if any injury occurs in order for your session(s) to be adapted to suit your specific needs.
