Holly Lackenby - Podiatrist and Strength & Fitness Coach
Hi,
I’m Holly - Podiatrist and Strength and Fitness Coach at HL Podiatry & PT.
I've been a HCPC-registered podiatrist since 2014 and am passionate about helping people stay mobile, active, and independent throughout their lives. Alongside my podiatry qualifications, I hold a British Weight Lifting L2 Strength and Conditioning qualification, allowing me to combine expert foot care with evidence-based exercise and fitness coaching.
I believe that age should never be the defining factor in how someone lives their life. Whether you're looking to maintain your independence, improve your balance and strength, stay active in retirement, or simply keep doing the things you enjoy, my goal is to help you move with confidence and continue living life on your terms.
By addressing both foot health and strength and fitness, I help clients build strong foundations for long-term wellbeing—because strength and mobility truly start from the ground up.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outdoors hiking, training, or enjoying an active lifestyle with family and friends. I firmly believe that movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for maintaining health, independence, and quality of life at any age.
